Welcome...

to a quiet space for curious minds

Welcome to Deb Eternal. I write about philosophy, everyday life, mindfulness, and the quiet thoughts that often go unspoken.

Not as an expert, but as someone still wondering, still learning, still noticing.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking “there must be more to this…” - you may feel at home here.

The Writing Rooms

The Writing Rooms are where thoughts take shape. Each room holds a different thread — from quiet reflection and philosophy, to mindfulness, creativity, and the small, practical ways we engage with everyday life.

Small lessons gathered along the way as I learn about plants suited to Australian living, garden screens, summer vegetables, herbs, flowers, and the quiet rhythms of growing things in all seasons.

“Some thoughts stay with us longer than others.”

The Anamnesis Cipher

There are some ideas that don’t arrive fully formed.

They unfold slowly… piece by piece… often asking more of us than simple understanding.

The Anamnesis Cipher is one of those ideas. It is not simply a book. It is a layered philosophical puzzle experience, told through fragments and symbols

A Note From Me

As I’ve come to see things...

I’m Deb — a mother, a grandmother, and someone who has spent much of her life thinking about things that don’t always have clear answers.

For a long time, I thought I needed to have things figured out.

Now, I’m more interested in understanding the questions themselves.

This space is, in many ways, a reflection of that shift.
